But what really set John apart was the custom video he made for us—showing the neighborhood, comps, and everything else we needed to know for our new home. It was like having our own personal tour guide, and it totally sealed the deal! John’s willingness to get his hands dirty also really stood out. He crawled into the crawlspace multiple times and even went up into the attic to inspect for any potential leaks. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in top shape and even found great contacts for repairs we needed. John was a true superstar helping us purchase our first home.
